Surround yourself with nature during our springtime yoga series. Take in the beautiful Mission Creek scenery as you recharge and clear your mind. Sessions will focus on mindfulness and meditation. Open to all ages. Please bring your own mat.
Classes are taught by Chris Brems, a certified yoga instructor and mental health practitioner for more than 30 years. Brems teaches mindfulness and integrative interventions.
